We have developed Farmrexx to be as customisable and easy to use as we possibly can. However, if at any time you need assistance with anything at all, we are here to help.

We have a number of ways that you can reach out to us for help.

One way is to send an email to our support team. You will find the link to the "Help Desk" under the "User" menu.

To help us to help you, please provide as much detail as you can so that any issue can be sorted efficiently and quickly.

The second option is to click on the small green and white icon at the bottom right hand side of the screen and request support that way.

A community forum is also available for our users to post questions, give suggestions and help other users. The link to the forum can be found under the "User" menu or from any of our website pages. As the forum software operates under a different system, you will need to register to post anything. If you only want to view the forum, there is no need to register.
