To-do lists or tasks can be entered and assigned to employees or to yourself.
To assign a task or job to an employee, they must have been entered into the software under the "Employees" menu or can be entered as you add a new task by clicking on the green plus icon.
Any details relating to the task are easily entered.
If you wish to assign a job to yourself as a type of to-do list, then you will need to add yourself in the software as an employee.
